Baked Salmon Mostaccioli

We love salmon fillets, but salmon is so much fun to cook into pasta. If you're a fan of traditional mostaccioli and you love seafood, this particular version is sure to satisfy you. The salmon stays nice and moist when baked with your sauce and cheeses.

Ingredients

1 pound raw salmon fillet, cut into strips
3 cups pasta sauce – Try a great slow cooker spicy tomato sauce recipe here at ChiliPepperMadness
2 ½ cups penne noodles
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Cooking Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare noodles as directed
Add salmon, noodles and sauce to a lightly oiled baking dish
Top with Monterey jack cheese
Bake for 20 minutes
Serve
